We protect your Rights

You have a right to know your rights and you should have someone working for you that knows your rights. Did you know that a Notary Public cannot charge you more than $5 per notarial act? Did you know that an electronic notary is required to document in a journal every notarial act and what they charged? Did you know that a notary has to tell you what their travel fee is up front? Did you know that a notary can do services pro bono if they desire?

We do not believe in taking advantage of anyone and we also include ourselves. We believe in treating people the way we want to be treated with honesty and integrity. If a notary has a flat fee, they should be able to explain how many acts they are performing to arrive at that flat fee if it is in excess of $5.  They should not be charging you by the page unless there is a notarial act required on each page.

We will not perform unnecessary acts just to drive the cost of the service up, but if you require us to perform an act we will include it. We also reserve the right not to charge for some acts and cannot guarantee pricing will be the same from client to client for similar services. Every clients needs are different so we tailor the service to the needs of the client.

Don't worry! We will treat you and any referrals with the same level of respect and professional courtesy so that you get what you need. We want you to be happy when we're done.

Education

Educated in SC high schools and colleges for over 20 years. I started out at Ellen Woodside before being invited to Sue Cleveland for Challenge classes. After Woodmont Middle School I moved on to Southside High for International Baccalaureate education. Upon returning to Woodmont High School I graduated and moved on to the College of Charleston. After earning a Physics Degree I moved on to Clemson to earn an Electrical Engineering Degree. After 7 years serving as an engineer I decided to get a Master of Divinity from Erskine Seminary.

Practical Experience

At every level of education and throughout life I have always paid attention to details. Noticing details and making sure things are accurate comes naturally for me and I certainly want to make sure your experience is pleasant in every aspect. I have officiated about a dozen weddings and as a husband, father, pastor, grandfather and Godfather I have  had plenty of practice helping with documents disputes and validating information of various types.

Service Areas

I will personally oversee making sure documents are printed legibly and signatures are properly placed. Names have to match and every detail has to be correct for legal documents otherwise it can cost you a lot of time, money, and peace. I want you to save all three.
